Why does green clay work for tendonitis?

Regular and excessive strain on the tendon can lead to damage and inflammation. This is called tendonitis. To enable it to repair itself, we obviously need to reduce stress and provide it with the elements it needs to rebuild itself, through food and poultices

Green clay has anti-inflammatory properties. It will therefore reduce pain for the moment. But as well as providing relief - and this is its main benefit - it will attack the causes

Green clay is rich in various minerals and trace elements: silicon, aluminium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. Thanks to its remineralizing properties, it provides the tendon with the means to regenerate and rebuild itself

Some say that "clay literally absorbs pain", because of its absorption properties

Use before or after physical exertion.

Apply to the area to be treated, leave on for 20 minutes, then wipe off with a damp paper towel.

The cryogenic quality will be appreciated for long minutes.
