Metropolitan France: Speed (48h)
We offer fast 48-hour delivery (guaranteed after dispatch) with several options to suit your preferences. Fast, reliable delivery:
- Colissimo Domicile (no signature): Receive your parcel directly in your mailbox or at home, with no signature required.
- DPD Relay : Have your order delivered to one of the many DPD relay points. A convenient way to pick up your order whenever you want.
- DPD Domicile (with signature): Secure delivery to your door, requiring your signature for hand delivery. If you're not at home, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office, and a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox.
Overseas territories: 5 to 31 days
For our customers in the French Overseas Departments and Territories, we have selected reliable services with Colissimo :
- Colissimo Economy (6 to 31 days): The most cost-effective solution for less urgent shipments. Economical solution, uses sea freight (longer lead times and highly variable depending on destination).
- Colissimo Domicile (with signature) - 5 to 7 days): Secure home delivery, requiring a signature.
Europe (European Union): 2 to 8 days
Delivery within the European Union (EEA) is handled by DPD, offering you flexibility and security. Delivery times vary from country to country (border countries are faster):
- DPD Relais: fast, easy pickup at a relay point near you (subject to availability in your country).
- DPD Domicile (With Signature ) : Direct, secure delivery to your address, against signature.
Rest of the world: 3 to 15 days
For all other international destinations, we rely on the expertise of Colissimo to deliver your order:

Restrictions: A list of countries to avoid is nevertheless drawn up, and varies according to international events. The decision to avoid certain countries is based on three main factors:

Transport costs
The actual cost (packing + transport) is never invoiced in full, as we only ask for a contribution.
However, we believe that depending on the destination and the amount of the order, you are entitled to free delivery.
In all cases, the minimum amount required to qualify for free shipping is always indicated in the shopping basket when the destination address is entered.
